Wellbeing - what is it?
What do you need it to be?
Wellbeing is whatever it takes to feel good and function well.
This includes managing emotions, impulse control, motivation, anxiety, parenting, relationships at work and at home, pacing yourself, emotional and binge eating, improved sleep, finding time for self-care, a way to achieve what you really want... or something else, because we're all different.

It's also about making sure that you make time for yourself and that the structure and content of your life work for you.
​
Ultimately, it's about being, or living, well.
