Sleep can be tricky at certain times in our lives. Stress, difficult feelings, anxiety and habits all play their part.
Coaching provides the opportunity to offload and deal with anxiety and stress, or with unresolved situations and difficult feelings. This in itself usually makes sleep easier.
The cognitive part is discovering what you are telling yourself about sleep and the habits you have developed, which may be adding to or causing your difficulty.
I will guide you gently through the process and help you take those first steps towards a good night's sleep.
