Confidence gives you the power to stand on your own two feet, to banish the doubting voice in your head and to start believing in yourself. It helps you to say no - or to say yes - and to reduce the stress and anxiety in your life. Confidence feeds into every aspect of our lives - from the very personal life of relationships, to parenting, to daily life, to the workplace... wherever you need it, you can build it.

I will help you to explore and change how you think, how you behave and the way you talk to yourself.

Confidence coaching usually needs 3 to 6 sessions. People who have been experiencing anxiety for a while may find they need more, dependent on the level of anxiety.

What is wellbeing?

​

Wellbeing is anything that improves mental and physical health. Gaining in confidence improves wellbeing, as does taking time for yourself, diminishing negative self-talk, self-acceptance - and don't forget dancing in the kitchen with a hairbrush microphone!
