ADHD coaching with me is tailored to what you need. I can offer you support with organising your time, planning for the future, improving your experience at work and at home, improving impulse control, managing your emotions and relationships, even cheating procrastination... or you may just want to talk, ask questions or develop some coping strategies. All my coaching is flexible and client-led and these sessions can be as practical as you like.
I like to work as 'coaching partners' - with input from both sides resulting in solutions that are truly user-friendly and specific to you.
(Please note, I am not qualified to make a diagnosis - but you don't need one to work with me!)
I can also coach your partner, family or friends and the parents of children with ADHD.
