Hi!
I’m Linda and I am a certified life coach. I specialise in coaching and supporting adults with ADHD (no diagnosis required) but, of course, I coach EVERYONE because the beauty of life coaching is that it is wonderful for us all!

As a coach working with adult ADHD, I have knowledge, experience and understanding of ADHD gained through working with many children with ADHD, study of adult ADHD, and having close relationships with people with ADHD, not to mention the many clients I have coached. I am passionate about my work and I love helping people problem-solve. Everyone’s life experience is different and there will be different solutions for different people, so there is no ‘one size fits all’ aspect to coaching with me. I listen to you and we work together to move you on. We put our heads together and tailor-make plans for you.

I place great importance on kindness, compassion and finding the very best way for you to make the changes you seek. If change isn’t happening, we ask ourselves why and go back to the drawing board. It’s important to understand that there is no ‘magic wand’, however – the work of making change happen is down to you, but together we will discover the way that suits you best.

I understand the challenges of living with ADHD, but I also know that difficulties are not the whole story. Among other things, there is a great sense of fun, creativity, humour, thinking outside the box and oodles of empathy. I love to bring all of this into our sessions, to keep us moving along!

In addition, I offer body-doubling or ‘buddying-up’ to get jobs done. During a Zoom or phone call, I gently coach and encourage you whilst you get through a job you’ve been finding difficult to start, your to-do list or some decluttering.

I also practise Neuro-Linguistic Programming which you can discover more about using the drop-down menu at the top of the page. This is great for diminishing unwanted memories and for enhancing the good stuff!

I also coach the partners and families of those with ADHD.

I believe everyone should be able to access the support they need, and I try to reflect this in my pricing and by accepting clients through Access to Work.

I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Performance Coaching with NLP, am DBS checked and am a member of the Association for Coaching (member number 65850616). I am a member of EMCC and abide by the Global Code of Ethics.
