A bit about me.

I’m Linda and I am a certified life coach.

Although I don't have a formal diagnosis, I identify strongly with Dyspraxia (DCD) and ADHD.  I have been busy over the past few years putting together the pieces of the jigsaw and have been learning to accept and enjoy who I am.

Meeting so many people is wonderful and being part of their journey is a privilege.

They say every day is a school day and that is certainly true for me - there's always something new to learn!

I have a Level 5 Diploma in Performance Coaching with NLP and have undertaken additional studies in ADHD (including a Diploma in ADHD from the Open College), NLP (Master Practitioner), CBT, B.E.D. (Binge Eating Disorder), depression and anxiety and working with mental health through coaching.

I believe that people should be able to access the support they need in an affordable way and this is reflected in my pricing. I am happy to quote for Access to Work (as long as I have availability) and to discuss ways of making payment for coaching more manageable for those on a low income.

I am a member of the Association for Coaching which is committed to championing excellence, ethics, and mastery in Coaching.

I am also a member of EMCC and abide by the Global Code of Ethics.

Your needs are my priority.
A lovely comment from a recent client:

I cannot speak highly enough about Linda's ADHD coaching. She is so empathetic, wise, knowledgeable, and trustworthy - I lucked out finding her as an ADHD coach. In my ADHD journey, I am taking medication and have chosen to do coaching as well; I see it as the holistic side of my treatment. Linda walks alongside me. She provides invaluable knowledge about how the disorder affects everyday interactions. Her coaching has been absolutely vital  in my ADHD journey - thank you Linda!  Madeline, UK. 2023
