A bit about me.

I’m Linda and I am a certified life coach.

I don’t have a formal diagnosis of any type of ‘neurodiversity’, particularly as during my childhood in the 1970s there was barely any awareness of neurodivergence and how that might affect education, socialisation and so on. However, looking back, armed with knowledge I have now, I believe that I have Dyspraxia, noticeably in childhood, and I retain aspects of it as an adult. As you may know, neurodiverse conditions rarely travel alone and I also identify strongly with ADHD. I have been busy over the past few years putting together the pieces of the jigsaw and have been learning to accept and enjoy who I am.

Meeting so many people is wonderful and being part of their journey is a privilege.

Every day is a school day, for me and for all of us - there's always something new to learn!

I have a Level 5 Diploma in Performance Coaching with NLP and have undertaken additional studies in ADHD, CBT, B.E.D. (Binge Eating Disorder), ADHD, depression and anxiety and working with mental health.

I believe that people should be able to access the support they need in an affordable way and this is reflected in my pricing. I am happy to quote for Access to Work and to discuss ways of making coaching more affordable for those on a low income.

I am a member of the Association for Coaching which is committed to championing excellence, ethics, and mastery in Coaching.
