I coach for confidence. Improved confidence makes a significant difference to our lives. It's not about standing on a stage addressing 200 people - although it can be - it's about self-esteem and self-confidence. It's about tackling negative thoughts and negative self-talk and making the changes - big or small - that will help you move forwards.

With my programme 'Fine With Food', I coach emotional eating and binge-eating. Diets alone won't work long-term for emotional eating - your emotional needs also have to be addressed. Together, we will take time to explore why you over-eat or binge and train your brain to stop leading you straight to food in times of emotional stress. No more failed diets!
