Life coaching is the process that helps you move on - whether that means making changes to your life, leaving behind bad experiences and bad memories, learning to handle anxiety or rediscovering the belief in yourself that you may have lost along the way.
Improved confidence makes a significant difference to our lives. It's not about standing on a stage addressing 200 people - although it can be - it's about self-esteem and self-confidence. It's about tackling negative thoughts and negative self-talk and making the changes - big or small - that will help you move forward, at home, in relationships and at work.
(Please visit the Coaching for Confidence page under 'More' for further details.)
Coaching can also help with anxiety. This could be generalised anxiety or specific fears. You can find further information under 'More'.
My coaching programme 'Fine With Food' addresses all forms of emotional eating, from binge-eating to not eating enough. It is aimed at anyone who has become anxious about food and weight. (Please visit the Fine with Food page under 'More' for further details.)
In addition, I offer coaching to adults with ADHD and parents or families of children with ADHD. (No diagnosis required to work with me.) Please see the 'Coaching and ADHD' page under 'More' for further details.
If you have visited this page for help with something else, please contact me to talk about what you need as coaching is a wonderful and adaptable process!
Alongside coaching, I use NLP - Neuro-Linguistic Programming. You can find more information on the NLP page.
