What happens in a coaching session?
You talk and I listen. I will ask questions but will never judge or make assumptions. I won't tell you what to do - after all, we are all different and what I would do may well not be what you would do! I will work with you to find your own solutions and to put them into practice .
All sessions are 100% tailored to the individual.
