The run-up to any exam can be stressful so I offer small group sessions (up to 6 students) or one-to-one coaching to help students of any age to manage exam stress and to develop some great coping strategies.
(Under 16s need to have signed parental permission. I have a CRB check in place for my work in education.)

Other ways to coach
Sometimes it's good to walk and talk, or to sit and look at nature. There's no rule that says coaching sessions must be inside! I am happy to walk and talk or to sit out in the open with you.
Decluttering can be tackled with coaching - and I am happy to help you declutter while we talk and put some order into your home, exploring what is really causing the clutter. Rates will differ depending on the time required, so please enquire. Out with the old stuff and in with the new you!
